Claire and Ivan were living in a small, three-bed house when Claire found out she was pregnant with twins. ‘We continued to live there for a short while after the girls were born, but we’d hugely outgrown it,’ says Claire. ‘We desperately needed more space, but struggled to find a property that was large enough and that we could afford, until we stumbled upon this place. It had only recently
