Q Which clubs have you been most involved with? Any official roles?

David Jones: I joined the British Waterfowl Association (BWA) as a life member in 1978 and soon became the county coordinator for Cheshire, producing a regular booklet with news and articles. I was responsible for the BWA stand at the CLA Game Fair at Tatton Park in July 1982 where two ponds were dug and fenced, one for ornamental waterfowl and the other for domestics. I remember that the Muscovies were very popular with the visiting public.

I joined the BWA council as part of the education and membership committee, producing a range of information brochures for different aspects of keeping and breeding waterfowl,
