Q I am new to dinghy fishing in winter. Should l wear a lifejacket as well as a flotation suit or would 300 Newtons be too much buoyancy?

DL says: A lifejacket is essential as its buoyancy, when inflated, ensures an unconscious person floats face upwards in the water. A standard 150N lifejacket will be more than adequate and, yes, you can wear it on top of your flotation suit.
Q I prefer a two-piece flotation suit but is it safer to have a one piece. Surely if you went overboard the water would enter the suit
