Carla Walker, 17, and her boyfriend Rodney McCoy pulled into a fast food restaurant car park on the evening of February 17, 1974. The pair were in Rodney’s car sneaking a kiss when the passenger door was flung open.
A man pulled Carla from the car and pistol-whipped Rodney.
As the man dragged Carla away, Rodney remembers her saying, ‘Rodney, go get Dad. Go get my dad!’
