Those who watch my Instagram, Facebook or YouTube film clips will know that I often talk about the importance of healthy fats and oils when it comes to finding ways to age well. I’m a long-time believer in the power of plant oils, such as extra virgin olive oil, as well as the fascinating roles fish oils have to play in good health, especially when it comes to improving brain power.
