When Maja met... Faye Ho

Faye grew up surrounded by motorsports so it’s no wonder she finds herself at the helm of a new BSB team, FHO racing. She is one determined lady that doesn’t see her gender as an obstacle in the male-dominated motorsport world, and is keen to see more women take up the roles in the industry at a higher level, too.

The important thing for Faye is to do what you love, focus on the end result and just enjoy the journey.

MAJA: Is there a particular moment when you decided to work in the motorsport industry?

It was a gradual progress but I do have this image of myself on the back of a motorbike when I was very young. I think from there, little things came about in my life and I always liked motorbikes.
