Nominated for a Tony Award for her performance as Disco Donna in Summer: The Donna Summer Musical, Ariana notably starred as closeted lesbian Alyssa Greene in LGBTQI trailblazer Ryan Murphy’sThe Prom (2020). Identifying as queer, she’s an activist as well as an actor, having co-founded LGBTQI collective Unruly Hearts Initiative alongside working as a board member for A Is For, an organisation advocating for reproductive rights.
