t’s no secret that drag is increasingly being welcomed into the mainstream. Largely thanks to RuPaul’s Drag Race, it’s no longer an underground secret, and even those that – *gasp* – aren’t LGBTQI are expressing interest. Now, drag performers of all stripes are beginning to move into the realm of celebrity, securing world tours, book deals and fashion lines alike. Whilst the Drag Race empire undoubtedly platforms its alumni queens, there’s a marked lack of alternative representation. So, is 2022
