In August 2020, the city of Kenosha, Wisconsin, USA, was in chaos.
Three months earlier, in May, George Floyd, 46, a black man from the neighbouring state of Minnesota, had been murdered by white police officer Derek Chauvin.
As a result, support for the social and political movement Black Lives Matter was gathering pace.
And on 23 August, it reached Kenosha when black man Jacob Blake, then 29, was shot seven times in the back and side by white officer Rusten Sheskey.
