BACK ON THE ROAD

llison Engineering has recently completed Hollycombe’s ‘Steam In The Country’ 1916 U3781. The three-speed engine has been off the road for some years needing a new boiler and a ten-year test. This has been done by Allison Engineering along with a new tubeplate, tubes and part rear backhead to bring this delightful engine back on the road again.
