    MAKES 18 PREP AND COOK 1 HOUR

    125g butter, chopped
    395g can sweetened condensed milk
    190g packet pure butter shortbread biscuits, broken
    2½ cups desiccated coconut
    2 eggs
    2 tsps vanilla essence
    ¼ cup fresh passionfruit pulp

    ICING

    2 cups icing sugar mixture
    ¼ cup fresh passionfruit pulp

    Grease an 18cm x 28cm rectangular slice pan. Line
