THE SPONSORS OF ULTIMATE ADVENTURE 2021

SPONSORED BY

There are many reasons why we get to do Ultimate Adventure every year, but without one very important group the event just wouldn’t happen. That’s not to minimize everybody who makes the event what it is. Readers are pivotal to the existence of the event because without them we would not have a magazine. Also, we could not do this event without staff working hard to get things organized and plan the trip or capture the adventure so we can share it. We also have a group of folks known as the Ultimate Adventure Cronies who are a dedicated bunch of high-level off-roaders who volunteer their time, knowledge, and experience, and lend a hand no matter what the participants need. But with our event sponsors, the UA train just isn’t gonna leave the station. They’re the steam in the boiler that makes the pistons of the event move and this year we had a record number of them! So, let’s not waste any more time and dive right in to meet the companies that made Ultimate Adventure 2021 Presented by Rugged Ridge a reality!

RUGGED RIDGE: PRESENTING SPONSOR/OFFICIAL JEEP ACCESSORY; BUSHWACKER: OFFICIAL FENDER FLARE; N-FAB: OFFICIAL SIDESTEPS; REAL TRUCK: OFFICIAL RETAILER; TRUXEDO: OFFICIAL BEDCOVER

For Ultimate Adventure 2021 Presented by Rugged Ridge, we had an unprecedented number of vehicles and sponsors, not the least of which were five brands from the Rugged Ridge family of products, which were represented on the event by two vehicle teams beginning with Rugged Ridge, the Presenting Sponsor/Official Jeep Accessory. Joining Rugged Ridge was Real Truck, the Official Retailer, Bushwacker as the Official Fender Flare, N-Fab as the Official Sidesteps, and Truxedo as the Official Bedcover of Ultimate Adventure 2021. But wait, there’s more! Ian Johnson of Four Wheeler TV built a one-of-a-kind stretched Jeep JK Unlimited he dubbed the Javalanch. To co-pilot the Javalanch, Ian was joined by Lee Drew Riser and Jon Melton. Ian is always a hoot to have on UA. He’s constantly up to something or telling a funny story (often about whisky or at least in his funny Canadian accent) and this year you’ll be able to watch the buildup of Rugged Ridge’s Javalanch on episodes of Four Wheeler TV. Lee Drew Riser, an industry insider, is the Sr. Director of Marketing, Jeep & Off-Road Accessories for Truck Hero Industries and is very knowledgeable about off-roading. Lee is also a bunch of fun to have around, and she’s wanted to go to UA for several years. Jon Melton was quiet but took everything on the event while shooting footage of Ian for Four Wheeler TV. We were happy to have them all along for the ride!

I have a question about your Rosco P. Drivetrain Tahoe project. What would you do differently if you started over again? Had you considered swapping the Tahoe onto a JK frame and reusing the LS? At that point, other than custom body mounts everything
