Privacy browsing in Android

Regular readers of this column are probably familiar with the concept of the ‘privacy browser’ by now. These are web browsers with the privacy settings cranked up to 11 by default, and typically include additional privacy features that you would normally have to use extensions for. Iron Browser (www. srware.net/iron/) and Epic Privacy Browser (www.epicbrowser.com) are good examples.

But it’s not just PCs for which privacy browsers are available. You can get them on Android and iOS as well, and recent additions to the DuckDuckGo browser have pulled it to near the top of our list for choices.
