    No-prep drag racing; it’s taken the RC hobby by storm over recent years. The thrill of speed with the camaraderie of like-minded enthusiasts is a big appeal. Plus, there are plenty of kits and part options out on the market now making it a truly viable racing class. And even if organized racing isn’t your thing, taking a no-prep drag car out for some speed runs can be a really fun addition to your RC driving experience.

    In the past, no-prep drag cars started their lives as off-road trucks and had to be modified with parts from other kits or aftermarket sources. Now that RC drag racing has grown, manufacturers are offering purpose-built kits specifically for this segment of the hobby.
