Alive and thriving MATT’S JOURNEY TO HEALTH

Behind every successful man, there is a strong woman, the old saying goes. Matthew Ramsay couldn’t agree more. “If it wasn’t for my partner Mary, I would not be here,” he says, tears welling up in his eyes. The emotions are still very raw when he talks about the darkest time of his life.

Symptoms started small

In 2018, Matt detected a tiny sore on his finger and thought little of it. “I went to the doctor’s with a suspected spider bite and was put on penicillin. One week later things got worse.”
