    As Sebastien Ogier and Julien Ingrassia claimed an eighth Monte victory, Theirry Neuville took little time to adapt to life without long-term co-driver Nicolas Gilsoul by winning the 10th-ever stage with new wingman Martijn Wydaeghe. They place third overall behind Elfyn Evans and Scott Martin. Teemu Suninen was on course to win the opening stage before crashing his M-Sport Fiesta. Andreas Mikkelsen won WRC2, Yohan Rossel did likewise in WRC3.
