KRISTOFFERSSON’S FOURTH LEAVES HIM SPEECHLESS

The two main protagonists in the 2019 World RX Championship, Timmy Hansen and Andreas Bakkerud, finished level on points at the end of the campaign. Back then, the advantage swung in Hansen’s favour on wins countback, but it was almost unthinkable that the scenario could or would happen again.

But this year, in a thrilling finale, it did. With Hansen and Swedish compatriot Johan Kristoffersson tied on points at the end of the year, this time Hansen lost out and Kristoffersson claimed his fourth World crown by virtue of more wins.
