While most oil-control products tend to be harsh on the skin, this one is designed to help protect and rebalance your microbiome—the skin’s first line of defence against external aggressors. APF, a prebiotic derived from the brand’s Thermal Spring Water, supports a healthy microbiome and, when coupled with sugar mannose, is said to promote skin immunity, moderate inflammation and prevent pimples.
