PREP + COOK TIME 30 MINUTES (+ FREEZING) MAKES 24

2 sheets puff pastry
1 tablespoon Vegemite
⅔ cup (50g) finely grated parmesan cheese

1 Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan. Grease two oven trays; line trays with baking paper.

Spread one pastry sheet with half the Vegemite; sprinkle with half the cheese. Top with remaining pastry sheet; spread with remaining Vegemite, then sprinkle
