Orange & mango granita
PREP + COOK TIME 25 MINUTES (+ FREEZING) SERVES 4
1 large mango (600g)
2 cups (500ml) orange juice
⅓ cup (75g) caster sugar
1 Peel and core mango; coarsely chop. Blend until smooth.
2 Combine orange juice and sugar in a medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Stir in mango puree.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Cover pan with foil; freeze for 2 hours.
