Over the last year, we have compiled a lot of data on the quality of stylus/cantilever assembly construction and, unfortunately, the results are disappointing. The variations we have measured in stylus rake angle and zenith error are too often so far off from ideal that no amount of twisting of the cartridge in the headshell or rake correction from a custom shim can
