It has been another very difficult year for the travel and hospitality industry, with the Covid-19 pandemic creating lockdowns at short notice in several countries, and travel challenging for many parts of the world. Yet many of you have been travelling, and the industry has been proactive in maintaining cleaning protocols, rethinking service delivery and investing in contactless technology so that the promise of ‘frictionless’ travel comes ever closer.
