Honey Roasted Vegetables for 4
8 Carrots
6 Parsnips
4 Sweet Potato
2 Beetroot
1 Red Onion
4 or 5 Cloves Garlic
150ml Vegetable Oil Vegetable Stock cube
3 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Dried Rosemary
1 tbsp Thyme Salt + Pepper to taste
