    Why didn’t your recovery instructions work?

    Q Spurred on by your comments to Morley Pecker in Issue 615’s Problems Solved (page 67), I attempted to update the recovery drive I created a few years ago. However, I saw a message telling me that it couldn’t be done, because some required files were missing. What did I do wrong?
