Foldable phones

It’s interesting to see how folding phones are developing. I can understand the Samsung Flip3 phone (see issue 326, p70): it fits neatly in the pocket and opens to a sensible size. But the Fold (see issue 325, p70) looks like a solution searching for a problem. Now, if someone came up with a 10in tablet that folded in half I’d take an interest.

On the subject of top-end Android phones, it would be helpful if you could get the manufacturers to give a commitment on the duration of updates. I bought a Samsung Note 9 at the end of its lifecycle when it was reduced to
