    When Ginni and Kevin Coyle were dating in the mid-1980s, they spent time driving around the countryside and admiring the surroundings near Kevin’s home in Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania. One house in particular made a vivid impression—a stately brick Georgian farmhouse built in 1854. Someday they would own a home like that, they promised each other.
