The recent UN Food Systems Summit (UNFSS) set the stage for the transformation of global food systems in order to achieve the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
For Africa, it also helped to reshape the ongoing Comprehensive African Agricultural Development Programme and the Malabo Declaration, which were used as the premise for a common position for the continent.
