n 2017, Lil Uzi Vert was considered one of the biggest up-and-coming stars in trap. His debut album “Luv is Rage 2” landed at number one in the American charts, received excellent reviews and made him a sought-after collaborator for colleagues like Pharell Williams and The Weeknd. After that, however, he made a break for a good three years - what felt like an eternity. At least in musical terms. Because on Instagram, Lil Uzi was more active than ever before, presented himself with outfits by hip cult designers such as Yohji Yamamoto and Vivienne Westwood. When asked about it by style magazine GQ, the rapper said: „I honestly think I have a greater talent for fashion than for music.“ [1] Many stars now see it that way. If you take a look at the social media profiles of Justin Bieber or Beyoncé, you would never guess that these people are making music without prior knowledge. British rapper Gio says:
