ADVOCATES IN FLORIDA ARE GEARING UP AND COLLECTING signatures in an attempt to amend the state’s constitution to end prohibition of cannabis. Between tropical temperatures and a massive medical cannabis market, Florida is a prize worth winning.
Regulate Florida announced it began gathering signatures for its latest petition on September 18, to allow adults in the state ages 21 and older to consume and possess cannabis. Adults would also be able to grow up to nine plants for personal use
