TASSIE SALMON’S DILEMMA

TASMANIAN ATLANTIC salmon has long been marketed as the nutritious and healthy food of a sustainable industry. Millions of the non-native fish are farmed in large circular pens dotted around the island state’s coastline and open to the ocean’s ebb and flow.
