ART HOUSE K.P.D.O.

Timothy Kaye

Art house is a family home for an art collector. The existing home was an uninspiring 1980s addition to a Victorian villa. K.P.D.O.’s brief was to work within the original footprint to create a home to allow for large gatherings and space to display a growing art collection.

ALBERT PARK RESIDENCE TRAVIS WALTON ARCHITECTURE WITH STYLIST KARIN BOCHNIK

Elisa Watson

Nestled in a row of three Victorian terraces, Albert Park residence is a minimalist home underpinned by purpose and integrity. The design negotiates the extremely narrow site by drawing on sleek forms and a restrained palette of finishes, skilfully articulating space while forging a sense of generosity.

BALLARAT HOUSE KENNEDY NOLAN

Derek Swalwell

The design of this house was generated in response to the view – a strength and a constraint. The brief was to design a place that would be comfortable through the extremes of Ballarat winters and summers.

ALEXANDER STREET DKO ARCHITECTURE

Tom Ferguson

Located in Sydney’s Northern Beaches region, this house emphasises casual beachside living with a strong connection to the external environment. The interior design intent was to use a limited material selection inspired by the palette of the surrounding area, but crafted purposefully and carefully.
