Q&A GEORGE PEASGOOD

It’s perhaps no surprise that George Peasgood ended up on the sporting stage given his family’s active heritage – both parents have completed Ironmans, his mum has 10 London marathon finishes to her name, and brother Jack (married to Rio paratri silver medallist Alison Peasgood) has raced for the GB age-group team in both triathlon and duathlon. George has used that pedigree to great effect since he was first classified as a paratriathlete at a British Triathlon Talent ID day back in 2011.
