Finally rosés are more popular and deserving their place in Australia's bright and warmer landscape. Whilst colours are still all over the place two important things have happened over the past few years; firstly more rosé are now made as designated rosés, not as an afterthought and secondly most rosés are now in the dry and balanced spectrum so consumers know what they are getting.

A huge range of colours here! The better wines were more serious showing finesse, purity and elegance. “Great to see a generally dry style of wine across the board rather than the confusing levels of sweetness we saw in the past,” said one judge.
