The high-flying PC
t began with my first PC, a Tandy TRS-2 which I used in 1981 as a terminal while running a large Fortran simulation of the RAAF’s Officer Corps. was released in 1982, and being desk-bound, I embraced it. PCs such as the Amiga improved rapidly. My RAAF rank by this time was Wing Commander, and the Chris Roberts’ series really did blow my mind as promised.
