HOW TO BECOME A FIRST RESPONDER

This was an interesting question posed recently. While it has become a catchphrase, what exactly does it entail to become an effective first responder? While I have heard a few people talk about this topic, no one I know has summarised the basic skills needed.

When an attack takes place, the first call goes out to the police and security groups to ensure the victims’ safety as soon as possible. As soon as the area is safe, First Aid responders and an ambulance are brought in to treat the victims.
