PER 1TBSP SERVING 75 cals, 3g fat, 2g sat fat, 10g carbs

MAKES 1KG (2¼LB)

1 apple, peeled and grated
6 stem ginger balls, chopped, plus 1tbsp syrup
240g (8½oz) suet
250g (9oz) sultanas
250g (9oz) raisins
50g (1¾oz) apricots, cut into small pieces
175g (6oz) soft dark
