Backyard PARTY
Set the scene
MENU
It’s got to be food you feel guilty about eating, but that you can’t stop eating,” says Anthony. “You know a good party is where you lick your fingers in public. That’s the sort of food you want to have,” adds Colin. This is what the menu here embodies: “Your Saturday highlight at Bunnings is the sausage sizzle – this is like that sausage sanga on steroids,” Colin says. Anthony adds: “This Portuguese chicken has a bit of spice, a bit of char! This is our version of Frango’s Portuguese chicken. We’ve gone after all the big guys here – those hash browns are our take on Maccas!” Of course, Colin agrees: “It’s the party rosti that everyone loves.”
DRINKS
“Anthony likes a Bloody Mary so we have him covered, but I’m not a fan. I’d go for the gin-spiked green juice here – you can convince yourself it’s part of a detox,” says Colin.
PLAYLIST
It’s definitely going to be eclectic: “Metallica! Bee Gees! The Cure! Red Hot Chili Peppers,” offers Colin. “It’s 90s music all the way for me,” Anthony insists.

At this point, the part fit for recording was brought to a swift end…
