Started six years ago by Anneliese Hough as a Hawke’s Bay Facebook group for people wanting to swap home-grown produce, Magic Beans has grown to more than 3100 users, affectionately called Beanies – and it’s about to become an app. Anneliese and her fellow administrator Sarah Grant are expanding the reach of the Magic Beans movement.
