“Over the summer months I really got back into making granny squares again, so when I was asked to design a cushion for the Hook to Hook challenge, I knew that I wanted to include crochet squares in some form. The snowflake shape works well here and is perfect for a winter-themed cushion too. “I’ve always enjoyed seeing how the designers for Hook to Hook interpret the same yarn and brief in such different ways and I was delighted to be asked to be part of this challenge. I loved the opportunity to work with this non-traditional Christmas palette of colours and I wanted to make my design really playful.
