Be prepared

Many people at this time of year will be taking a few shooting lessons at their local gun club or getting their eye in by spending a day in a pigeon hide, as they prepare to take part in the recently up and running shooting season. For those of us with gundogs, however, the preparation needs to start earlier. This will give the dogs time to get fit and give us time to identify any issues that we need to work on.
