    PITCHFORD HALL PITCHES IN TO BOOST SEVERN VALLEY AUTUMN GALA

    The last Severn Valley Railway autumn gala was held in September 2019, when the visiting locomotives were Southern Railway duo Q 0-6-0 No. 30541 from the Bluebell and West Country 4-6-2 No. 34092 City of Wells from the East Lancashire Railway.

    In April, the railway had a ‘Spring Steam Up’, with the successful visit of new-build GWR Saint 4-6-0 No. 2999 Lady of Legend from Didcot Railway Centre.
