GETTING BACK TO ARCHERY: NFAS

sk what makes field archery special and you’ll get a variety of answers, but a common theme will be the beauty of the surroundings. In spring, many National Field Archery Society (NFAS) clubs open their woods for the first time in the year to make the most of bluebells and anemones. In April 2019, each weekend had a selection of shoots, with 18 taking place across the country. In 2020, following Government guidelines to restrict the spread of COVID-19, there were none because lockdown had banned all gatherings.
