Turn to the angels

I love Winnie the Pooh. He is very wise, with quotes such as, ‘You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.’

One of my favourites is, ‘I’m short, fat, and proud of that.’ I’ve put on weight over the last couple of years, due to health issues and lockdowns, and it’s so easy to beat yourself up when you’re not as fit and have to get bigger clothes.

I think Winnie has the right idea – be proud of who you are, no matter what size
