So much of our life nowadays is occupied by the bigger issues in life – of climate change and global warming and man’s inhumanity to man – that we are apt to forget about the smaller achievements or, at the very least, to underestimate their importance to us as individuals, to the collective mental state of humankind and ultimately to the health of the planet.
