IN HER BEAUTIFUL HOME IN ANDALUSIA PAULA BABIANO

Following in her parents’ footsteps to become a successful lawyer, Paula Babiano’s career saw her working in one of Spain’s most prestigious firms. But little by little, she came to realise that her heart wasn’t in it. What’s more, she realised that life could be, literally, much sweeter.

As a child, she’d spent summers with her grandparents at their gorgeous house overlooking Gibraltar, where she loved helping her grandfather make delicious cakes and desserts for the family.

Baking was still her passion, and friends were queuing up to sample her creations.
