In the same week that he and his brother the Duke of Cambridge gave their emotive and damning responses to how the BBC secured the Panorama interview with their mother, the Duke of Sussex has also spoken of the extraordinarily close bond he shared with her, and of his own struggles with mental health.
“I’ve never felt her presence more than I have done over the last year. I’m living the life she wanted to live for herself, living the life she wanted us to be able to live. So not only do I know that she’s incredibly proud of me, but that she’s helped me get here,” he , made with Oprah Winfrey for Apple TV+.
