We have been defrauded out of our life savings. What can we do?
CHOICE RECEIVED the following letter during the summer:
“My husband and I have been defrauded out of our life savings via a cloned investment website.
“We have exhausted all other avenues for assistance and only have our current bank now involved. Our concern was reported to our local branch of Barclays on May 3; three days later I received a mobile text stating that they were looking into it and would be in touch as soon as they had an update for me.
