Continuing my attempts to get to different areas around the country, this month we will visit rural Ohio and take a look at the city of Cadiz, the seat of Harrison County, located in eastern Ohio about 20 miles west of Steubenville and an equal distance north and northwest of St. Clairsville, Ohio, and Wheeling, West Virginia.
