PATTERN NOTES
Using smaller hook than recommended for yarn will ensure tight stitches.
Where possible, crochet in back bar only of foundation chains to reduce gaps and improve symmetry.
Work in continuous rounds without joining unless otherwise stated. Use stitch marker to mark last stitch of each round, moving marker as each round is completed.
Chain-2 at beginning of round counts as first half double crochet and chain-1 unless otherwise stated.
Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated.
Work over ends as work progresses.
Invisible join is recommended for color changes, prior to back loop-only rounds, and when fastening off.
To keep all color changes at center back, skip the number of stitches needed to align with previous color changes, move marker and join new yarn.
Single crochet join counts as stitch and is recommended when joining new yarn after invisible join.
Invisible decrease is recommended
