• Plymouth Yarn Encore Worsted medium (worsted) weight acrylic/wool yarn (3½ oz/200 yds/ 100g per ball):

1 ball #0158 purple amethyst

• Size G/6/4mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge

• Tapestry needle

• Stitch markers

16 sc in back lps = 4 inches; 5 rows = 1 inch

Entire Mitten is worked in single crochet in back loops.

You will be working on both sides of the foundation chain.

Chain-1 at beginning of row does not count as a stitch.

Make 2.

Ch 41.

Sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc , sc in rem 39 chs, turn.
